My name is Courtney and I’m the owner/baker of Sugar Coated Cookie Co., a home-based cottage food bakery located in Redwood City, CA.  I’m a wife, mommy of two, teacher, cookie baker, artist and lover of all things related to party planning and decorating.

I’ve been baking since I was a little girl, but it wasn’t until I was planning my daughter’s first birthday that I began to explore the art of cookie decorating. Since that day, creating edible art has been a way for me to celebrate and appreciate those special moments and people in my life.

Now, at Sugar Coated Cookie Co., I work individually with customers to create beautifully designed cookies that help them do the same. I’m a self-proclaimed perfectionist who believes details matter, and intertwining my artistic and confectionary skills to create unique, delicious, and memorable treats for others has been a dream come true.
