Q: What is the order minimum?

A: 2 dozen minimum for all custom orders. Every once in a while, I will accept less, so feel free to email me your inquiry.

Q: How far in advance must I place an order?

A: All orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. It’s best to place your order as early as possible to be sure I can fulfill your order. Last minute orders are not always an option, but please email me to inquire.

Q: How do I receive my order?

A: Since I'm a home-based bakery, you must pick-up your order. Occasionally, I can do a local delivery for an additional cost.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: I accept cash, check, or PayPal.

Q: Where are you located?

A: I am in Redwood City, CA, but I do NOT have a store front bakery. Every order is baked fresh & decorated to order.

Q: Do you have gluten free options?

A: Unfortunately, I do not.

Q: What ingredients are in the cookie?

A: Each cookie includes: flour, butter, sugar, eggs, pure vanilla, baking powder, and salt. The royal icing includes: powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water. Although the cookie iself does not have nuts, it is prepared in a kitchen that is not free of any allergens, including gluten, soy, dairy, wheat, and nuts.

Q: How long do the cookies last?

A: If they're unsealed, it's best to eat within 1-2 days. If they're sealed, they'll last up to two weeks.

Q: Can I have multiple designs?

A: Of course! Please stay within the same color scheme. Prices are subject to increase if each cookie uses different colors.
